The security of our customers’ information is of the utmost importance to us. We appreciate that if a customer does not feel 100% secure and satisfied with there online experience with Jemsportz this will lesson the chances of them being a customer in the future.
All credit card information given to complete any purchase through the PayPal system is of utmost confidentiality through use of security fail-safe measures and encryption. Replacement Policy
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction and quality guarantee. In the case of a Megaburn nutrition product being out of date within 10 days of receiving we will happily replaced this product with no extra cost to the customer.
All AOK Health products come with a guarantee against all manufacturing faults, if a fault occurs we will happily replace with no extra cost to the customer. Mistreatment or misuse will void warranty.
IN THE EVENT OF PRODUCT MISUSE, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE, REPLACE OR REPAIR DAMAGED PRODUCTS.
Return & Exchange Policy
Jemsportz offers a 10 day return policy, exclusive of shipping times. If an incorrect product is received or in the case of a product not fitting correctly, an exchange of style or size to the same value is available. If a correct swap is unavailable we are happy to offer a refund for the purchased price or store credit. In the case of an AOK product problem occurring during the warranty time we may be able to replace the product or supply a refund (minus the shipping costs). Please contact us in the case of a product problem so we can determine how we can help you out. All Refunds do not include postage costs.
All clothing products returned must be in new condition and never worn. All items kept for a period beyond 10 days are considered accepted by the customer. All returns received that do not meet our return policy guidelines will be returned to the customer, with no credit issued.

Whether the product you purchased is not suitable or you need a size change. Maybe you would like to try anyother style/size or prehaps prefer a refund.
Either way pop it in the mail to us including the 'Return Form'. As soon as we receive your return we will process it according to the selected directions on the form and sort out any problems.
It is important that you complete the 'Return Form' as best you can, including your correct contact details. This helps with progressing your return to either received an exchange, refund or credit note.
In the unlikely event of finding a manufacturing flaw in a product please follow the above procedure.

Out of Stock Policy
In the case of a chosen item being unavailable for any reason whatsoever the customer will be contacted and advised of their options. For products that may be discontinued a customer may choose another item to the same value. A full refund can be issued if this is unsatisfactory.
